Endeavor Hires 2 In SVP HR Roles, Stewart Talent Expands NY Office, ICM Partners Slots Day Of Service

Endeavor, a global entertainment, sports and content company, has hired Alicin Reidy Williamson as Senior Vice President, Chief Inclusion Officer and Sarah Prost as Senior Vice President, Total Rewards, a newly created position. Williamson will lead all diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across Endeavor. Reidy Williamson joins Endeavor from The Raben Group, a national public policy and communications strategy firm, where she led the firm’s New York office as well as its diversity, equity and inclusion practice as Managing Principal. Prost will head all activity related to compensation, benefits, wellness and global mobility, along with overseeing HR operations. She most recently served as Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Under Armour. Both will report to Kerry D. Chandler, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Stewart Talent continues to expand its agent roster adding two new agents to the New York office. Jay Schachter and Nicole Wichinsky have joined the legit department as senior agents. Schachter started his representation career in management in Los Angeles with Jay Schachter Entertainment. Soon after, he joined the talent manager’s association and was elected to their board of directors. He went on to form Schachter-Perez Entertainment with Diane Perez. Schachter later created a talent division at the iconic National Lampoon titled Lampoon Talent Group which he ran until 2009. From Lampoon, Schachter became director of the theatrical division at Mavrick Artists Agency, which he ran until 2013 when he moved to Prestige Talent Agency as Senior Vice President / Theatrical Division. In 2014 he joined the Los Angeles theatrical department of Abrams Artists Agency where he stayed until 2016 when he transferred back home to New York where he worked out of the AAA New York office. Wichinsky started her career as a talent agent at DGRW, where she rose from an intern to Senior Agent over her 15 years with the company. Over her tenure at DGRW she was known for booking clients in all the genres and is very focused on client care and development.

ICM Partners has set its annual Day of Service for Friday, May 31.
