This traditional brigadeiro recipe requires only four ingredients! Start by combining condensed milk and cocoa powder in a bowl. Next, place the mix on the stove and cook at medium heat. Add some butter and a pinch of salt, and continue to cook the batter, stirring continuously for 20 minutes until the mixture is thick and fudgy. After refrigerating for an hour, take a spoonful of the batter, roll it into a ball, and cover it in chocolate sprinkles before serving.

These pistachio brigadeiros are a “defi-nut” crowd-pleaser. Begin by adding sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate, butter and pistachio paste to a pot on low heat. Once out of the fridge, take a spoonful of the fudge and roll it into a ball before coating it with crushed Oreo cookies.
