After our list of some of the best patios in Columbus, Dispatch readers let us know of a few patios we missed in the Columbus and central Ohio area.

These businesses not only offer delicious beer and cocktails, but also rotating food trucks, live music performances and yard games.

So if you're looking for a place to enjoy some fresh air, good company, and excellent craft beer, look no further than these six breweries and bars in and around Columbus. From spacious patios with people-watching opportunities to laid-back atmospheres with fire pits, these breweries offer a range of outdoor experiences that are perfect for a night out with friends or a lazy afternoon with your furry companion.

Edison Brewing Company

Located in Gahanna, Edison Brewing Company offers a spacious patio perfect for people-watching while enjoying European lagers and rotating food trucks. But don't miss their weekly trivia nights and live music series on Saturdays through October.

Spires Social Brewing Co.

Polaris hotspot Spires Social Brewing Co., 8757 Sancus Blvd., boasts an industrial taproom, full bar and dog-friendly patio overlooking a pond. Sip on over a dozen house-made craft beers and seltzers, cocktails or wine, or schedule a time to brew your own beer. The brewery also hosts live music.

Flint Station

Located in Flint at 225 Park Road on the Far North Side, Flint Station's newly remodeled patio offers a laid-back atmosphere with picnic tables, trees and a fire pit. Built next to a historic railroad crossing and constructed in 1868, the bar also features a beer garden, live music and food from Ray Ray's Hog Pit.

Nocterra Brewing Co.

Nocterra Brewing Co., 41 Depot St. in historic downtown Powell, has a spacious outdoor patio area featuring an outdoor bar and beer garden that hosts events including live music and movies, perfect for an evening with friends. Nocterra also provides food trucks for most days of the week, including Ray Ray's Hog Pit from Thursday through Sunday.

Parsons North Brewing Company

Another Columbus favorite, Parsons North Brewing Company, found at 685 Parsons Ave. in Schumacher Place, offers a dog-friendly patio with plenty of shade and picnic table seating. Sip on Parsons North's beers, cocktails or wine while enjoying the outdoor area, which also features a yard with green space, games and rotating food trucks.

Old Dog Alehouse & Brewery

Old Dog Alehouse & Brewery, at 13 W William St. in Delaware, offers one of the best patios in the city and is, of course, dog-friendly. Grab a spot on the restaurant and brewery's patio, which provides parasol-covered tables and chairs to enjoy beer, wine and cocktails, plus a wide range of eats, including entrees and shareables, while taking in the sights and sounds of Delaware.
