EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The El Paso Fire Department (EPFD) Special Rescue crews are responding to two individuals trapped in a drain in El Paso’s Lower Valley, the department announced via the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

Crews are at the scene at Phoenix Avenue and Del Monte Street, according to EPFD.

No injuries are reported at this time. The department tweeted the incident at 1:58 p.m.
