With three weeks down in the Bayside South season, teams are beginning to reach the midway points of their regular season schedules. And this Week 4 features one of the more anticipated games of the season.
The marquee game of Week 4 features a rematch of arguably the two best games of last year's Bayside Conference football season, with Stephen Decatur traveling to Salisbury to face off against an undefeated Wi-Hi squad on Saturday. For both teams, this is the first time they will go toe-to-toe since their playoff game that came all the way down to a game-winning Stephen Decatur field goal in the final second.
Along with the Decatur-Wicomico matchup, Parkside will look to bounce back from its first loss of the season last week to Queen Anne's, as the Rams host a 2-1 Easton squad, Snow Hill will try to build on their first win as they travel to face Colonel Richardson, and Bennett and Washington still search for their first victories, with Bennett trying to bounce back from its last second defeat at the hands of Cambridge-South Dorchester. It's setting up to be another exciting week of Bayside South football.
