The 2023 NFL head coaching cycle ended Tuesday and Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy was once again passed over for a head coaching job, while Shane Steichen and Jonathan Gannon were hired as first-time head coaches.

What does Bieniemy, who has now helped the Kansas City Chiefs win two Super Bowls as the team's offensive coordinator, have to do to get a head coaching gig?

NFL Twitter sounded off on Bieniemy not getting a head coaching job, again, while Steichen was hired by the Indianapolis Colts and Gannon was hired by the Arizona Cardinals.
