Erica Dixon And Scrappy’s Daughter, Emani, Is Headed To Savannah State University

The eldest daughter of reality TV star Erica Dixon and Lil Scrappy (whose real name is Darryl Kevin Richardson) is graduating from high school and headed to college. Now 18 years old, Emani grew up on the set of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, the show that contributed to her parent’s popularity.

“I’m so grateful to my family who came together and made this day special for my baby,” Erica Dixon wrote on Instagram. “It’s been a long time coming, but we are here by the grace of God. The last time all of us were in one place together…… Nevermind y’all know the story,” she said, referring to recent family drama.

“Emani, I can’t express how proud of you I am. You’re such a beautiful, blossoming young lady. I see so much of me in you, and I couldn’t be happier. Glow on, baby girl!”

Emani was photographed before heading to prom wearing a red-and-white roses corsage and a sparkly black bustier gown.

Her father also took to social media to congratulate her on her graduation. Lil Scrappy shared a video montage of what appears to be a celebratory event at her high school.

“Grateful,” Emani’s father captioned the post. “I’m on a plane inna air, and my daughter Emani my young Queen, just signed her sig to her school she will be attending next which is ….. you see the shirt.”

Emani was photographed wearing a shirt for Savannah State University, indicating she will be attending the HBCU next Fall. It is the oldest HBCU in Georgia.

“I’m so proud of my baby man she has worked her, but off to get here; now we finna go to the next level, and that’s young adulting, so I’m ready; let’s go, princess,” he added.

Momma Dee, Emani’s grandmother and Scrappy’s mother, commented on the post.

“Yes, my granddaughter is on the winning side; thank you, Jesus, for your many blessings,” she wrote.

She posted a few celebratory photographs on her own Instagram account.
