A: GiacMicro offers a comprehensive approach to aesthetics. Highly experienced artists provide the best in micropigmentation services: permanent eyeliner, lip blush, scalp micropigmentation, and brow micropigmentation with Microblading, Nano Brows, and Powder brows. We offer clinical aesthetic treatments: Plasma pen, microneedling, and have the newest Sciton Laser treatments for BBL/photofacial rejuvination, permanent hair reduction, and skin tightening.

Q: What inspires you and why?

A: I am inspired by other entrepreneurs and strong leaders who are passionate, determined, creative, and driven to succeed. Strong leaders often have a vision for what they want to achieve, and they work tirelessly to turn that into a reality. Their sense of purpose and a desire to make a positive impact on the world can be incredibly inspiring to others. I’m a lifelong student of my craft and have studied under some of the best artists in the world.

Q: What challenges have you faced and how  did you persevere?

A: My biggest challenge in this field is performing corrective work on a client from an undertrained or inexperienced artist.  With the growing popularity of permanent cosmetics and especially microblading, some people are taking to sources like YouTube to learn extremely difficult procedures. Trust me, I’ve seen it all: nearly 30-40 % of my business is corrective work. It’s important to choose an experienced and reputable artist who takes the time to understand your needs and has a proven track record of delivering results.

Q: What advice do you have for other women in business?

A: Take risks and trust yourself. There are always possible downsides to taking risks, but the potential rewards and growth opportunities can often far outweigh the peril if you have the mindset to navigate failure. I always tell my students that the only difference between  them and me is that I’ve failed more times than they have!
