Jackson Dailey, General McLane: He scored nine of his 12 points in the fourth quarter of the Lancers' 44-43 win over Girard at the Conneaut (Pennsylvania) tournament.

Hunter Villa, Fort LeBoeuf: He scored 17 points when the Bison beat Eden (New York) 66-38 at the Frewsburg (New York) tournament.

Archie Murphey, Fairview: His buzzer-beating jumper from the top of the key was the difference for the Tigers' dramatic 53-51 win over Franklin. He finished with a game-high 16 points.

Nick Krahe, Harbor Creek: The West Virginia University football recruit, who recorded 20 points and 10 rebounds in the Huskies' 57-51 victory over Seneca, learned after that game he'd been named to the Class 3A all-state football team. ... He also posted a double-double (24 points and 14 rebounds) despite the Huskies falling to Struthers (Ohio) 62-57.

Noah Crozier, North East: The junior forward was voted the most valuable player of the C. Thomas Barringer Classic, which he helped the Grapepickers win with 15 points in their 47-29 victory vs. Union City.

Brian Cressley, Corry: The Beavers won their tournament in large part because of his 21-point performance during their 57-54 championship victory vs. New York's Southwestern High School.

Jake Sambuchino, Cathedral Prep: His double-double (14 points and 11 rebounds) were notable during the Ramblers' 37-17 victory vs. Austintown (Ohio) Fitch.

Markus Lambert, Corry: The Beavers defeated Eisenhower 76-47 in the semifinal round of their tournament in large part because of his 25 points.

Dylan McDonald, Girard: The YellowJackets maintained a perfect record with a 63-52 victory against Harbor Creek that included his 19 points.

Bryce Drayer, Union City: He totaled 20 points for the Bears during their 66-52 semifinal victory vs. the host Iroquois Braves in the C. Thomas Barringer Classic.

Draya Neavins, Erie High: She had a team-high 19 points for the Royals when they beat Conneaut (Pennsylvania) 69-45.

She also had an 18-point performance during the Wildcats' 44-17 win against Corry during their initial appearance in that inaugural event.

Lilyauna Triana, North East: She finished with 11 points when the Grapepickers defeated Corry 35-21 during the Erie County League Showcase at Fairview.

Libby Opp, General McLane: Her 18 points, including two 3-pointers and during the fourth quarter, were vital to the Lancers' 36-33 win against Seneca in their Erie County League Showcase meeting at Fairview.

Samantha Zank, Harbor Creek: The most valuable player award recipient for Cranberry's holiday tournament scored 15 points when the Huskies beat Franklin 39-15 in the championship game. ... Her 17 points were personally enough to outscore the Oil City Oilers when Harbor Creek routed them 70-16 in the tournament's semifinals.

Alaina Rodemoyer, North East: Her 13 points helped the Grapepickers edge General McLane 51-50.

Hope Garrity, Fairview: The star for the Tigers totaled 13 points when they defeated Seneca 47-13 as part of the program's first-ever Erie County League Showcase.

Grace Abele, Iroquois: Her 10 points helped the Braves beat Rocky Grove 29-22 in the semifinals of their C. Thomas Barringer Classic.

Wrestling

Sierra Chiesa, Northwestern: The returning state girls gold medalist went 7-0 with the Wildcat boys during their fourth-place appearance in the Blue C division at the Wheeling (West Virginia) Park Duals.

Will Allen, Corry: The 133-pounder for the Beavers was the silver medalist in his weight class for the Southmoreland Holiday Classic in Alverton.
