At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Dec. 30 through Wednesday.
TWO CRITICAL VIOLATIONS
Erie County Market, 2256 Broad St. (Person in charge is not performing required duties; coolers are not keeping deli meats and cheese cold enough.) Also 1 noncritical violation. Wednesday.
Sacred Heart Usher Society, 714-716 W. 26th St. (Accumulation of grease and debris found on grill filters; no dates found on ready-to-eat food.) Also 1 noncritical violation. Monday.
2 NONCRITICAL VIOLATIONS
Lettuce Head, 2169 W. 12th St. Wednesday.
1 NONCRITICAL VIOLATION
1000 Beers, 3866 Peach St. Wednesday.
