At least once a year, Erie County of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Jan. 18 through Thursday.

3 critical violations

Darashan Friendly Market, 2244 Broad St. (Mouse droppings and dead and live bugs found throughout facility; many bags of food had gnaw marks, dead bugs in dried fish.) Tuesday

2 critical violations

Tri Borough Post 4965, 13755 Chestnut St., Springfield Township (Refrigerator found at 45 to 47 degrees; potentially hazardous ready-to-eat foods not datemarked.)

1 critical violation

Casa Cafe Mexican Bakery, 2505 W 26th St., Millcreek Township (Handwash sink blocked.) Also one noncritical violation, Jan. 19

1 noncritical violation

IHOP, 8040 Peach St., Summit Township. Wednesday

The Cork 1794, 900 W. Erie Plaza Drive, Millcreek Township. Tuesday
