At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded July 6 through Wednesday.

ONE CRITICAL VIOLATION

Lombardo's Tavern, 915 W. 21st St. (Mold in ice machine.) Two noncritical violations. Tuesday

THREE NONCRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Longhorn Steakhouse, 6750 Peach St., Summit Township. Tuesday

TWO NONCRITICAL VIOLATIONS
