For restaurant Inspections: At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Sept. 21 through Thursday.

Imperial Buffet, 7200 Peach St., Summit Township (Raw animal foods displayed above ready-to-eat foods; Fish not cooked to 145 degrees long enough; cut melons held above 43 degrees; gap in exterior door and evidence of pest activity.) Also three noncritical violations. Sept. 21

Leadership Center Cafeteria, 1511 Peach St. (refrigerator found at 56 degrees. Should be 41 degrees or lower.) Tuesday
