Erin and Ben Napier Reveal That Helen Predicted Their Second Child Would Be a Girl

In a very special episode of Home Town, Erin and Ben Napier announced they were expecting their second child, a baby girl, due this May. While the news of another daughter was a joyful surprise for Home Town fans across the country, newly-minted big sister, Helen, 3, wasn't at all surprised that the family would be welcoming another girl.

In an exclusive conversation with People, the Home Town stars opened up about the early stages of Erin's pregnancy and how Helen reacted to becoming a big sister. "We told her the night we found out," she says. Erin goes on to say that she asked Helen, "'Do you think it'll be a little brother or a little sister?" With complete confidence, Helen responded "It's a girl!" says Erin.

Erin recalls that Helen was steadfast in her prediction. "Any time anyone would ask Helen, she'd say 'It's a girl!' She was 100% confident."

At nine weeks, the couple found out that Helen had actually been correct! "The day we found out it was a girl was hilarious," Erin fondly recalls. "We got the phone call and I said, 'Helen, guess what? It's a girl.' And she completely did this whole like choreographed performance dance in this hotel room. She's very, very pleased with herself for predicting it was a girl. And if it were a boy, she would've been devastated, I think." Helen is already shaping up to be an incredible big sister!
