Eva Longoria knows how to mix up an adult beverage.

The actress-producer was at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel tending bar Thursday night, showing off her new tequila, Casa Del Sol (House of the Sun).

The onetime “Desperate Housewives” star, who often comes to town for Art Basel, wanted guests to check out the ultra-premium spirit made from the “finest hand-selected 100 percent Blue Weber agave sourced from rich clay soil in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.”

Insiders say she was in a great mood, saying she was looking forward to the holidays, spending time with her media mogul husband Jose Antonio Baston and toddler son Santiago, 2, in Mexico.

Before the event, Longoria posted snaps from a terrace overlooking the bay and skyline, with the caption, “Miami Bitches.”

Earlier in the day, the 46 year old hit up Vintage Liquors in Brickell and Gulf Liquors on Alton Road.

The iconic Miami Beach hotel was an ideal spot to end the evening: Longoria, as executive producer, shot the pilot for the highly successful drama “Grand Hotel” there back in 2019.

“We fell in love with the Fontainebleau,” she told the Miami Herald at the time. “The look is exactly what we wanted to portray. We were lucky we got to use this amazing space: the gold wall, the Sinatra ballroom, the lobby, staircase to nowhere. To be in the same room where Elvis played and to have actors on the same stage… We were so happy to do it all in one location like this.”
