Dontae's Pizza now serving famous local ice cream

Dontae’s Highland Pizza Parlor is now serving a dozen flavors of Bliss Artisan ice cream. Go for one of Dontae's specialty pizzas, a new menu item such as the Chicken Jam Sliders with peach jam or a Lemoine salad with peppadew peppers, bacon and feta cheese; and stay for a cool cone of spearmint chocolate chip, cake batter, orange blissicle, blueberry cheesecake or another flavor. Ice cream flavors will change periodically.

Bliss Artisan Ice Cream, which began in New Harmony, moved to Mount Vernon, and is now located in Tell City, is known for over 50 flavors of hand-made ice cream. A dozen at a time will now be available at Dontae's Highland Pizza Parlor.

IHOP open in new location

IHOP is now open in its new home in the former Old Chicago Pizza on Lloyd Expressway. Stop for a breakfast of pancakes, of course, or waffles, omelets, French toast and much more. Later in the day enjoy burritos, burgers, toasted sandwiches, salads and even entrees such as roasted turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes or steak tips with gravy.

Myriad Coffee House offers online ordering

Myriad Brewing Company's Newburgh Taproom and Coffee House now has online ordering in place for coffee, beverages and pastries including bagels, muffins, and cookies during coffee house hours.

Darmstadt Farm Market now has mini golf, ice cream

Reimann's Farm Market in Darmstadt now has free mini-golf for customers to enjoy. In addition, grab Lics Ice Cream or Lolly's Pops from the cooler, pick from rows and rows of beautiful summer flowers for a bouquet, and of course get your fresh farm produce.

New Newburgh comfort food restaurant now open

The Rooster’s Den comfort food restaurant is now having a soft opening in Newburgh in the former Burger King off Indiana 66. During the soft opening breakfast and lunch only will be served. Look for specials such as fried chicken, meatloaf, Salisbury steak and more.
