The "Fast and Furious" franchise has grown into a global box-office phenomenon since the first movie debuted in 2001.
Justin Lin, who has directed five of the nine movies in the main saga, recently departed the tenth entry, "Fast X," early into production.
Lin helped steer the series from street racing films to a global action/adventure franchise.
Even so, he didn't direct the two biggest movies in the series, "Furious 7" and "The Fate of the Furious," which both earned over $1 billion.
Insider ranked all 10 movies, including the spinoff "Hobbs and Shaw," based on their worldwide box office figures from IMDB Pro.
