It can be tricky to figure out what to wear for Zoom calls. Do you go business up top and sweats on the bottom, or do you go all in? Apparently, Rita Ora is in the "look incredible for Zoom calls" camp because her latest IG post is showing off her seriously epic.

The singer was in New Zealand, and she shared behind-the-scenes snaps on Instagram of her look between Zoom calls. "Coffee break - and zoomies 📞🫣,” she wrote in the caption. (Also, I must know, was she prepping for her Architectural Digest interview?!) In the pics, the 31-year-old can be seen wearing a strapless, zip-up, denim bra top and slouchy jeans with a huge cut-out on the side. Her sculpted abs are on full display as she models the look from all angles. And she also provides a little peek at her super-sculpted booty.

Naturally, the comments of her post were practically melting from all the fire emojis people left there. “Wowwwweee you look amazing 😍,” one fan wrote, while another simply chimed in with, “wow... .”

Rita shared more photos from her time in New Zealand, including pictures of the toned legs-baring outfit she wore to see Jonathan Van Ness’ stand-up show.

Clearly, Rita’s abs are straight sculpted, and she’s been more than open about the fact that she works hard to get that level of muscle tone. Back in December, Rita dropped a video that showed her doing some impressive abs work at the gym. In the clip, Rita can be seen balancing with her shoulders on a bench in a bridge position while doing chest presses with dumbbells. Have you ever tried to do that? Because WOW.

And just last month, she shared pics and a video of herself doing a slew of different exercises, including a treadmill workout and some seriously intense-looking Pilates crunches on the reformer. She wrapped things up with a good abs shot, because why not?

Rita seems well aware that Pilates can be a great way to target specific muscle groups while providing a low-impact workout. And when you add a little treadmill running into the mix, you add even more core work. In case you didn't already know, running is a super natural (and easy!) way to work your abs, per Runners World.

But that's not all she does. Rita is also all about that whole-body tone. So, another tool Rita reaches for at the gym? TRX bands, which offer impressive bodyweight resistance options during a sweat sesh.

For best results, Rita will go all in on the HIIT workouts with celeb trainer Jono Castano. He told the Daily Mail that his "philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery."

“It's important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan," he said. "For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.”

This gal is also just active in her day-to-day life. Case in point: Rita has shared on social media that she several photos from a gorgeous hike she took back in August. A little outdoor workout is always good for the mind, body, and soul.
