*Major spoilers for Jupiter's Legacy below!*

Is Jupiter's Legacy season 2 happening?

Unfortunately, Netflix has other plans for the Jupiter's Legacy universe. Deadline was the first to report that the series' cast members were released from their contracts, confirming that the series will be coming to an end. However, it might not be the last time they'll be on our screens.

Netflix already has plans for a new spin-off series called Supercrooks, which will focus on the villains of the universe. "Given where we’re going next, we’ve made the tough call of letting our incredible cast out of their show commitment as we continue to thoughtfully develop all realms of the Jupiter’s Legacy saga. We’re confident we’ll return to it later and just want to say thanks to you guys for your continued support and to the cast and crew who made this look so great." Mark Millar, creator of Jupiter’s Legacy said. There are possibilities that it will come in other ways, but it hasn't be confirmed when or how.

What will Jupiter's Legacy season 2 be about?

The first season ended with a major betrayal as we find out that Walter was the one behind the Blackstar clone and also the real Blackstar's escape from Supermax. But Grace now believes that Skyfox is really behind everything, which will definitely cause a bit of a rift when Walter tries to put his plan into motion. Then there's Brandon, who hopes to become the next Utopian and who also has to come to terms with the fact that his dad almost sacrificed him to keep up with the Code. Will he stick by his father through everything? Or will Walter's plan to split them up actually work?
