Dear Subscriber,

The high school football season is right around the corner, with most schools opening on Friday, and The Dispatch has you covered with all the preview material needed for kickoff.

Our Dispatch and ThisWeek News staffs are again teaming up to provide in-depth coverage of Greater Columbus schools, and this past week we got things underway with Bailey Johnson’s series of top 10 players at each position.

On Friday, we unveiled our preseason “Super 7,” with traditional powerhouse Pickerington Central taking the top spot for the seventh consecutive season. We also took a deep dive into the top recruits in the area as well as a feature looking into whether emerging programs can maintain winning traditions.

Want to know about your league only? We have conference-by-conference predictions, and in the coming days will discuss those in depth.

All of this leads off to kickoff and our wall-to-wall coverage of a busy schedule.

Enjoy the season, and thank you for being a loyal subscriber.
