Ex-EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa considering joining TOWIE
Ex-EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has revealed that she and her husband Dan Osborne could soon be appearing in The Only Way is Essex.
Taking to Instagram this week, she told her followers that the reality series' producers originally asked her to join the cast while she was full-time on EastEnders, therefore she had to turn it down.
"I could be on TOWIE soon – me and Dan are gonna come back. They did actually ask us a while ago, but I was on EastEnders so I couldn't, but I was like 'Oh my God, imagine me on TOWIE!'".

Dan previously starred in TOWIE between 2013 and 2015. However, he was suspended and then axed from the show after a leaked audio recording emerged in March 2015, in which he allegedly made a threat against ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin, mother to his son Teddy.
Jacqueline and Dan were dating at this point, and following the leak she publicly defended him, saying: "I can assure you I wouldn't stand by a man capable of everything Dan has been made out to be, he is my best friend, boyfriend... and he is a brilliant father, above all else, I just want to clear up, he has never once been violent or even shown signs towards me at all.
"I am 100% not saying what Daniel has said was right or okay, but people make mistakes when in dark places, and it's something that we sorted out privately not in front of the whole world, it's something he has apologised for and is embarrassed about [sic]," she added at the time.
In recent years, Dan has taken part in Celebrity Big Brother, finishing third in the 2018 series, and Jacqueline won I'm a Celebrity in 2019.
