Ex-felon's voter registration incorrectly canceled; groups seek answers

With less than a week to go until early voting begins in Maryland, voting rights advocates are demanding answers from state and local elections officials after a newly registered voter in Baltimore got a letter saying her registration had been canceled. The American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland and Expand the Ballot Coalition members raised questions Wednesday about how many state agencies missed the memo that formerly incarcerated felons do have the right to vote.
