The temporary restraining order brought against “Oppenheimer” actor and former New York Rangers player Sean Avery by model Hilary Rhoda and their young son, will remain in effect until at least September.

That determination was made earlier this month by a court, which ruled that the 43-year-old must steer clear from his estranged wife, 36, and the former couple’s toddler son, Nash, until the next hearing in mid-September, Entertainment Tonight reports.

This time last year, Rhoda had just filed for divorce from Avery, seven years after saying “I do.” In October, she sought the temporary restraining order, claiming Avery had entered her home the month prior “even though I asked him not to” and “climbed in bed with me (twice) and wouldn’t leave,” according to court documents obtained by the outlet.

She also claimed Avery walked past her house “several times a day.”

Rhoda said she felt “threatened by this behavior and his acts of physical violence,” which she said occurred “in many instances.”

In addition to alleging domestic abuse, Rhoda accused her former spouse of child abuse. “Sean has also been physically and emotionally abusive to our son, Nash,” she alleged, referencing the little boy they welcomed in July 2020, and claimed the boy is “scared of Sean.”

Rhoda accused Avery of having “screamed at” the child, once “body slammed Nash on his changing table,” and “has purposefully endangered Nash by not putting him in his car seat properly.”

Among his brushes with the law, Avery was arrested on drug charges and that of criminal mischief mere days before his 2015 wedding to Rhoda.

Avery plays a weatherman in Christopher Nolan’s new docudrama “Oppenheimer,” which opened last week opposite box office winner “Barbie.”
