Former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson alleges Rudy Giuliani groped her while they waited backstage during Donald Trump’s speech at the Ellipse on Jan. 6, 2021.

Hutchinson, who worked in the White House as an assistant to former Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, was a key witness in the Jan. 6 Committee’s investigation into the events of Jan. 6.

According to a review by The Guardian, in her upcoming book — titled Enough — Hutchinson delves into further detail regarding her personal experiences on Jan. 6, including a disturbing interaction with Trump’s former attorney. “I find Rudy in the back of the tent with, among others, John Eastman,” she writes. “The corners of his mouth split into a Cheshire cat smile. Waving a stack of documents, he moves towards me, like a wolf closing in on its prey.”

“‘We have the evidence. It’s all here. We’re going to pull this off.’” Hutchinson recalls Giuliani saying before wrapping an arm around her and playing with the fabric at the hem of her blazer. “‘By the way,’ he says, fingering the fabric, ‘I’m loving this leather jacket on you,’” she wrote. “His hand slips under my blazer, then my skirt […] I feel his frozen fingers trail up my thigh […] The whites of his eyes look jaundiced. My eyes dart to John Eastman, who flashes a leering grin.”

Hutchinson added that she broke away from Giuliani’s grip and, “filled with rage,” left the tent to attempt to locate Meadows.

In a statement to Rolling Stone Ted Goodman, a political advisor to Giuliani, wrote that “it’s fair to ask Cassidy Hutchinson why she is just now coming out with these allegations from two and a half years ago, as part of the marketing campaign for her upcoming book release. Mayor Rudy Giuliani will pursue all appropriate legal action against this disgusting lie.”

Giuliani is currently embroiled in a sea of legal troubles, most prominently his indictment as a co-defendant in Georgia’s RICO election interference case against Trump and 18 of his allies. In May, Giuliani was sued over allegations of sexual harassment and abuse by his former employee Noelle Dunphy. Attorneys for Dunphy later provided recordings of Giuliani making racist, sexist, and extremely lewd statements in her presence.

“Come here, big tits,” Giuliani says in the transcript of one of the recordings. “Come here, big tits. Your tits belong to me. Give them to me [indiscernable]. I want to claim my tits. I want to claim my tits. I want to claim my tits. These are my tits.”

Dunphy alleges Giuliani would regularly take Viagra, then “look to Ms. Dunphy, point to his erect penis, and tell her that he could not do any work until ‘you take care of this.’”

Dunphy alleges that on at least one occasion, Giuliani forced her to perform oral sex, and explains that she felt “extreme pressure to comply given Giuliani’s control of her income and his pro-bono representation of her in a separate domestic abuse case. Giuliani has denied the allegations raised by Dunphy.
