As a professional dancer, singer, and actress, Julianne Hough has a lot on her plate—in more ways than one! To fuel the two-time Dancing with the Stars champ’s busy work days and involved workouts, she chooses whole foods, indulges in moderation, and hydrates aplenty. In a recent interview with People, the blonde bombshell revealed exactly what her typical food diary consists of, and it’s definitely Eat This!-approved. Pre-Workout

Before her pre-breakfast workout, Julianne blends one cucumber with spinach, kale, a pear, celery, carrot, a green apple, ginger, lemon, and beets for the ultimate green juice that fuels her intense workout without weighing her down.

Breakfast

For her post-workout AM meal, the 29-year-old newlywed steams two eggs over easy style, and tosses some sliced avocado and tomato onto her plate for a healthy dose of muscle-building protein as well as monounsaturated fats and lycopene. She washes it all down with a cup of English Breakfast Tea splashed with skim milk and sweetened with stevia.

Snack

Julianne is a big fan of apple pie, so her trainer Harley Pasternak prescribed her a dessert-inspired smoothie that calls for five raw almonds, a red apple, a small frozen banana, 6 ounces of fat free plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup almond milk, ½ tsp ground cinnamon.

Lunch

The newlywed’s flat ab lunch consists of a mixed green salad topped with protein-packed skinless chicken breast, tomatoes, cucumbers, hearts of palm, almonds, edamame, banana peppers. She keeps her dressing light with and olive oil and squeezed lemon.

Snack

Her second and final snack of the day is an orange.

Dinner

Dinner consists of six ounces of baked salmon embellished with sliced lemon, rosemary, olive oil, and two cups of sautéed spinach seasoned with pink salt. She sips on zero-cal LaCroix.
