“We’re excited to have this festival back up and running and are looking for the community to come out and support,” said Scott Ruffner, executive director of TEAM.

The festival was originally scheduled for May 20 but was rescheduled due projected rain.

This year's festival will take place at two locations due to ongoing construction in Swasey Parkway.

The main music stage, food trucks and kids activities will be located at Town House Common on Bow Street, adjacent to the Municipal Parking Lot and across the street from the police station. The Artist Market and singer-songwriter tent will be located at the front portion of Swasey Parkway, where the roadway meets Water Street.

The main stage at Town House Common will feature a diverse group of musicians playing everything from jazz to classic rock.

"We always try to make it a diverse lineup and champion different genres of music to give people a kind of a complete experience," Ruffner said. "We don't want it all to be the same kind of music."

Seacoast-based classic rock band Tim Parent & The Grim Bros kicks the event off at 11 a.m. followed by Marcus Rabb, Phillips Exeter Academy Musical director, and his quartet at 12:30 p.m. performing classic jazz.

Two artists to watch out for, according to Ruffner, are Liz Ridgely and Laura Lee.
