McCain said Stickney gained access to both locations through "forced entry." Both burglaries occurred during the daytime, he added.

"(Stickney) spent time observing each location before entering and spent a considerable amount of time at each location," McCain said.

Police alleged that Stickney stole cash from both locations as well as "a considerable amount of narcotics" from The Veterinary Wellness Center. The amount was not disclosed due to the ongoing investigation, McCain said.

Stickney, who is being held in preventative detention at Rockingham County Jail, is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 13. It is not known whether Stickney has an attorney.

The Exeter Police Department asks anyone who may have witnessed either incident or may have further information to contact Detective John Suglia at (603) 773-6146.
