Between Awareness by Carson Jackson and Emily Barrera

DOVER — Emerging from, or receding into, the landscape, figures appear amidst a variety of settings in multiple mediums. Twenty-five artists are represented in two dozen works, including one collaborative painting by local contemporary artists Carson Jackson and Emily Barrera. The farthest traveling work is by Canadian artist, Judy Duggan-McCormack, with an image transfer piece with embroidery floss hailing from Ontario. A high caliber display of work is complemented by the virtual reality exhibition, which includes 15 additional artists on display in a digital frame. The virtual show can be viewed with a VR headset or on a browser. Three artist talks will be inside ArtGate VR during the Annual International Art Fair. There will be an opening reception on Saturday, March 4, from 5 to 8 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public. Advanced registration requested at aplombgallery.com/figures.
