With expected snow, virus outbreak, officials tell travelers to stay off Sierra roads

With many people developing cabin fever due to California’s stay-at-home order amid the novel coronavirus outbreak, some will want to get out and head to the Sierra as a snowstorm moves through the region. The California Highway Patrol is telling people to stay home. "Stay off the mountain. Stay out of the storm. Stay home, where it's safe," said CHP Sgt. Victor Scrivner.
