Experts: High COVID-19 positivity means testing system too small

The lines of cars were so long Monday at new COVID-19 mass testing sites in Baltimore and Harford counties that some people were idling in line for about four hours. Nearly every person 11 News spoke with Monday at the new COVID-19 mass testing site at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen said they have symptoms. The line of cars stretched from the stadium all the way back to Maryland Route 22 a half hour before the site opened. According to the site's operator, Omnipoynt Solutions, the mass testing site is set up to serve 1,000 patients daily and could soon double in size.
