Explore the creative world of charcuterie board design at the Outlets at Tejon

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Outlets at Tejon will be hosting two charcuterie board design workshop’s the day after Valentines Day.

The food design classes are happening Feb. 15 with two-90-minutes sessions available, the first class will begin at 11 a.m. and the second, at 6 p.m.

The course is a partnership between Le Creuset and Locale Farm to Table to provide participants with deep dive into curating their own charcuterie boards and appetizers.

No food class is complete without having snacks on hand to fuel your creativity. Organizers say, there will be lite bites, beverages and prizes will be available.

Class sizes are limited to 30 people per class and tickets are $40, which you can purchase through Eventbrite.
