Renegado Tacos and Margs
Renegado Tacos and Margs, a joint to score Mexican-inspired cuisine and libations, recently opened at 6651 Tower Road near the Denver International Airport.
On the menu, anticipate items such as Colorado pork green chili, yucca fries, chili rellenos, enchiladas, nachos, tortas and a list of street taco options, which include al pastor pork, crispy cauliflower, shrimp, grilled chicken and pepita-crusted ahi.
Head over to 6325 E. Hampden Ave. in Southeast Denver and you'll find a new outpost of the Torchy's Tacos chain, serving tacos, breakfast, brunch and more.
Originally getting its start as a food truck in Austin, Torchy's Tacos now has numerous locations in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Colorado, and is well-known for its menu of eclectic taco varietals, cheese dips, mixed drinks and other Tex-Mex fare.
New to Highland is Leevers Locavore, a grocery store, which can be found at 2630 W. 38th Ave.
According to its website, Leevers Locavore offers a unique grocery shopping experience, featuring a diverse, extensive inventory of local products and fresh produce.
