The Russian propaganda news outlet TASS has reported that an explosion has been heard in a 50-storey building located in Moscow-City.

Details: According to TASS, "there was an explosion" in the IQ-Quartal building, located in Moscow-City.

Quote: "Windows were broken as a result of the explosion on the 4th-5th floor of the 50-storey building on 10s2 Presnenskaya Embankment," the source said.

The propagandists claimed that there were no victims, and no fire broke out.

At the same time, the IQ-Quartal tower in Moscow-City was evacuated after the bang, TASS reports.

Sobyanin noted that an attack was allegedly carried out by Ukrainian drones, as a result of which the towers of the building were damaged.
