Express car washes coming to Hesperia and Victorville
Two express car washes are under construction less than a mile from each other on the Hesperia and Victorville sides of Bear Valley Road.
Both car washes, Tommy's Express Car Wash and Super Star Car Wash, are east of Interstate 15, in a major retail corridor, which Progressive Real Estate Partners estimates a daily traffic count of over 62,000 vehicles.
Tommy's Express Car Wash
Last week, construction crews erected bright red metal support beams for the roof and walls of the Tommy's Express Car Wash east of Balsam Avenue, on the south side of Bear Valley Road in Hesperia.
Headquartered in Holland, Michigan, Tommy's is a fast-growing national car wash franchise with over 110 locations across the U.S.
In California, Tommy’s Express car washes are located in Montclair, Corona, San Jacinto, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Visalia, and Roseville.
Tommy's Express offers membership plans, such as a family plan, which includes four wash packages, including tire gloss, body wax, and underbody flush services. Also, vacuums, mat washers, personal detail kits, and more.

Jensen explained, “At Tommy’s Express, you and your car take a gentle glide through the wash and in just 3 minutes, your car will be clean, shiny, and dry. You can wash once, or for one monthly price, you can wash as often as you’d like by downloading the Tommy’s Express app.”
With every car washed at Tommy’s Express, the company donates to Water Mission, a clean water charity that builds safe water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions in developing countries and disaster areas.
In March 2022, the Hesperia Council approved a parcel map to create two parcels from 3.75 gross acres in a commercial zone for the applicant, LaHabra-based H&H Camp 1, LLC.
The LaHabra-based business listed car wash services, according to the California Secretary Of State.
Super Star Car Wash
Super Star Car Wash continues to expand into California with its newest express wash next to Dutch Bros. Coffee, just east of Amargosa Road in Victorville.
The new car is being constructed on the property, which was once home to Del Taco, which stood for nearly 30 years before closing in July 2017.
On Monday, construction fencing surrounded the Super Star facility, which seems nearly complete.
The Super Star Car Wash in Victorville will offer state-of-the-art conveyor tunnel wash services, including quick touch-ups or luxurious ceramic washes.
Super Star specializes in offering tunnel washes as no-contract monthly unlimited plans, allowing customers to wash their vehicles as often as they want.
Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, every Super Star Car Wash location offers free amenities like vacuums, air for inflating your tires, compressed air for cleaning, and complimentary use of microfiber towels.
