Fabrizia Spirits brings Pistachio to the table

Oct. 23—SALEM — Fabrizia Spirits is adding the exciting, complex flavor of pistachio to its growing repertoire of products. Fabrizia Spirits, the leading Limoncello producer in the U.S., is introducing a new Crema di Pistachio liqueur. Like all Fabrizia products, this liqueur is all-natural and made without added flavors, colors or preservatives. Fabrizia Crema di Pistachio is made with real pistachios and is 18% ABV. The Crema di Pistachio liqueur is sold in 750mL bottles and is initially available in New Jersey, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

"We are excited to launch our Fabrizia Crema di Pistachio just in time for the holiday season," said Phil Mastroianni, co-owner and co-founder of Fabrizia Spirits. "At Fabrizia, we only use the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and this newest product is no exception. Fabrizia Crema di Pistachio is made with pistachios sourced directly from California, providing an authentic flavor derived from real nuts that stands apart in the liqueur market."

Fabrizia Crema di Pistachio marks the Salem, N.H.,-based company's latest offering.

The Fabrizia story began when Mastroianni left his day job as an accountant to pursue his passion for Limoncello in 2008, perfecting a family recipe by relying exclusively on Sicilian lemons. Grounded in tradition, the company uses only the highest quality ingredients and imports upwards of 500,000 Sicilian lemons to make its products.

Fabrizia Spirits' full product line includes its signature Fabrizia Limoncello, Fabrizia Blood Orange Liqueur and a Limoncello crème liqueur called Crema di Limoncello, in addition to the new Crema di Pistachio liqueur. Fabrizia also offers a line of canned Vodka Sodas and a line of ready-to-drink, canned and bottled cocktails, Fabrizia Italian Margarita, Fabrizia Italian Style Lemonade, and Fabrizia Italian Breeze, which are all made with imported Sicilian lemons.

In November 2020, Fabrizia launched the Fabrizia Lemon Baking Company, producing a variety of baked goods, including new seasonal items, like Fabrizia maple syrup and cinnamon whoopie pies and perennial favorites, such as Limoncello cookies, Limoncello blondies, Limoncello biscotti and the Limoncello lemon loaf.
