Celebrate Parc de Oaks first annual pumpkin patch as the owners host a free pumpkin patch for the community every weekend in October. Filled with family-friendly activities, delicious food and music, the pumpkin patch is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.

You have a few chances to come from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13 and Oct. 27. Admission is free. Parking spaces are limited, so it is suggested to carpool if you can.

Located at 3302 Moss St., a few of the fall festivities at Parc de Oaks include: Pumpkin Painting from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., face Painting from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., games for the little ones, and photo backdrops for pictures with your pumpkin. Food and drinks are available. Check Parc de Oaks on Facebook for food truck line up.

Located at 400 Camellia Blvd. Lafayette, St. Barnabas Episcopal Church hosts its third annual pumpkin patch with concessions, face painting and vendor fairs on Saturdays and Sundays.

The festivities are Oct. 13-31. Weekdays from 4 to 7p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free, and pumpkins range in price from $1 to $50, depending size. Although provided, it is recommended that families bring a wagon or wheelbarrow to help transport pumpkins from the patch to their vehicles.

The pumpkin patch patch is a fundraiser that will benefit all Youth Ministries at St. Barnabas Episcopal, including Little Lambs MDO, Children's Christian Formation, and Episcopal Youth Community

Lastly, if your looking to take a road trip, check out Paw Paw’s Pumpkin Patch. Whether you're a pumpkin enthusiast, an admirer of farm animals, or simply seeking a fun fall festivity, Paw Paw’s Pumpkin Patch promises to be entertainment for the whole family.

Paw Paw’s Pumpkin Patch festivities include a petting zoo filled with goats, donkeys, and cows, a corn maze, hay rides, and of course a pumpkin patch.

Located at 3283 Atchafalaya Levee Rd. in Krotz Springs, it is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. This family-owned patch offers a wide range of activities that celebrate the spirit of the season.
