The Facebar, Laser Loft opening on North Hamilton Road in Gahanna

Two health and wellness businesses are calling Gahanna home.

The Facebar plans to open a temporary location at 765 N. Hamilton Road, Suite 235, in Gahanna until its new building is completed next year at 5762 N. Hamilton Road in Columbus.

“The practice is a medspa specializing in migraine care, as well as cosmetic procedures with highly trained cosmetic injectors,” said Leslie McBride, The Facebar's social-media and marketing manager.

“The Gahanna office will focus on migraine care and cosmetic injectables.”

Susan Whitt, The Facebar owner and an injector, is a nationally trained speaker/trainer for BOTOX for Chronic Migraine and a speaker for Ubrelvy/Qulipta, medicines used by adults for migraines.

McBride said appointments are being taken by calling 614-321-2065 for Aug. 1 and beyond for migraine and cosmetic services. She said business hours would vary, and when clients schedule, they will know the availability.

McBride said Gahanna marks the fourth central Ohio office for The Facebar, with the first in Canal Winchester, a location that was opened last year in Powell and a location in Springfield.

The other locations have full-time estheticians and laser treatments for skin-care needs.

McBride said the new location was chosen because clients come from great distances to the current locations and this centralized location allows the business to be closer and the practice to expand.

The Laser Loft, 970 N. Hamilton Road, with services that include laser hair removal, skin care and electrolysis, is planning a grand opening and open house from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 29.

Business hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays-Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays. It’s closed Sundays.
