Facebook Reveals Most-Mentioned Movies, Shows and Songs of 2014

Facebook has revealed its most-mentioned movies, TV shows, songs and entertainers of 2014 via its new Year in Review website.

The top-10 lists — which also include the most popular topics, places, athletes, games, and most-viewed ALS Ice Bucket Challenge videos — were created after measuring how frequently a topic was mentioned in Facebook posts in 2014, which were then analyzed in an aggregated, anonymized way, and ranked to create a snapshot of the year on the social media platform.
