The video is miscaptioned. It shows Roy talking about the Biden administration's border policies and the Pledge of Allegiance during a congressional hearing. Harris was not in attendance and Hunter Biden was not mentioned.

Video shows Roy at House Judiciary Committee hearing

The video shows a portion of an hours-long hearing held Feb. 1 by the House Judiciary Committee, its first hearing of the new Republican-controlled Congress. The purpose of the hearing was to "examine border security, national security, and how fentanyl has impacted American lives," according to the committee's website.

In the clip from the post, Roy, a Texas Republican, talks about fentanyl coming over the southern U.S. border. He also questions one of the witnesses at the hearing, Brandon Dunn, who co-founded the Forever 15 Project, a group working to spread awareness of fentanyl poisoning.

The video also shows Roy talking about Democratic North Carolina Rep. Deborah Ross and the Pledge of Allegiance. At the hearing, Rep. Matt Gaetz, a Republican from Florida, proposed a new requirement that would have the committee recite the pledge before each session.

Harris did not attend the Feb. 1 hearing and is not mentioned in the video shown in the post.

Hunter Biden, the president's son, is also not mentioned in the clip.
