Demonstrators rallied outside Vice President Kamala Harris’s residence at Washington DC’s Naval Observatory on April 7 to demand greater support for immigrant communities.

Footage from CASA, an immigration advocacy and support organization, shows families marching with banners. Slogans on the banners included “VP Harris, fight 4 immigrant families!” and “Stop Family Separation.”

Protesters from the grassroots National Korean American Service and Education Consortium are seen beating traditional Korean barrel drums amid chanting.

“We’re counting on Vice President Kamala to leverage her leadership to fight for our immigrant community,” CASA tweeted. Credit: CASA via Storyful
