The family of Anthony Alvarez was set to view body cam footage Tuesday afternoon of the police shooting that left him dead.
- But first, right now the family of a 22-year-old Chicago man shot and killed by police in Portage Park will watch the body cam video of his death any minute now. Now this is a live view, a picture outside the Civilian Office of Police Accountability, the family just walking inside there. You can see supporters outside of the family of Anthony Alvarez gathered. Police were running after Alvarez when they shot him on West Eddy last month. Police say he had a gun. CBS2's Charlie De Mar is at COPA headquarters waiting for the family to speak after seeing the video. He will have their reaction when they come out.
