My order: This homey, family-friendly restaurant dotted with lighthouse decorations and wall art serves a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. It offers breakfast until 2 p.m. and lunch and dinner items after 10 a.m., so our visit shortly after noon provided plenty of options. We ordered a Meat Lovers Breakfast Pizza, a 12” pizza topped with ham, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuit gravy and shredded mozzarella ($17.95). My companion ordered Grilled Chicken Wrap with lettuce, tomato, cheese with a choice of sauce and a choice of side. He opted for coleslaw.

Likes: Servings are ample in size and reasonably priced. The tasty pizza had plenty of toppings and a crispy, thin crust. My companion enjoyed the generously-portioned wrap with fresh ingredients and crunchy lettuce and liked the vinegar-based slaw. Our server was friendly and attentive. When we finished our meal, the owner stopped by the table with a box for our leftover breakfast pizza, and we talked about the origin of The Lighthouse name and theme and the multitude of lighthouses on tables and window sills. Spoiler alert: The owner loves lighthouses and customers bring in more lighthouses to embellish the décor.

Dislikes: N/A

What would I order next time? My companion’s first choice was the homemade Italian Beef, but they were out of it so we would enjoy that on another visit ($10.95) perhaps with a bowl of homemade soup of the day ($6.50).
