Family searches for teens lost in Syria flood

STORY: The uncle of the two missing children, who are 15 and 17 years old, said their father had tried to rescue them but failed due to the turbid water.

The northern Syrian province of Hasakah, which has been a focal point of the civil war, is already facing a dire humanitarian situation.
