RICHMOND, Ind. — If you grew up in the 80s watching sitcom television, chances are you probably saw actor Marc Price grace your screen as Irwin "Skippy" Handelman on "Family Ties".

Whether it was him coming to terms with being adopted or all the times he fell in love, be it with Mallory, Jane, Amy or Alex.

Or maybe you saw him elsewhere, as he made appearances as a child on "One Day at A Time" or "Archie Bunker's Place" in the mid to late 1970s.

Now, fans of the actor here in Wayne County have a chance to meet him in person, as Price is coming to Richmond next Friday, Nov. 10, as one of the stops on his comedy tour.

At 7 p.m., doors will open for Price's show at the New Boswell Brewery & Tap Room located at 450 N 10th St., as he plans to bring the laughs and happiness to east central Indiana.

Price has had several off-camera ventures as a producer making online videos for Reuters TV, as well as co-creating and managing the comedy website iJoke.com with the late Improv Comedy Club owner Budd Friedman.

In 2010, he was a co-executive producer and creator of the Green Collar Comedy Show, a one-hour special on Showtime that allowed members of the environmental movement showcase their senses of humor while delivering their message. He has also produced shows for the Game Show Network, Animal Planet, Food Network in the early 2000s, as well as "Athens on Location from Sprint" for the Greece Summer 2004 Olympics on NBC, among other credits.

On the stage, Price has opened for Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld and has toured with Scott "Carrot Top" Thompson and "Weird Al" Yankovic.

Tickets for Price's show are $15 for general admission and $30 for VIP, which guarantees audience members a spot in the first 10 rows from the stage. They can be purchased online at MadHatterShows.com and the show is expected to last until 9:30 p.m. All ages will be admitted to the show, although it is recommended for ages 17 and up due to the mature nature of it.
