Fans cheered for the cast and crew of Broadway’s Come From Away on May 8 as they returned to work at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in New York for the first time since the start of the pandemic, Broadway World reported.
The Tony-winning musical tells the story of the several thousand airline passengers who were diverted to a small town in Newfoundland, Canada, on September 11, 2001. The production was being filmed and is slated to release in September on Apple Original Films, reports said.
