Kansas City Chiefs fans were not the only ones disappointed by “Monday Night Football.”

The moment Taylor Swift fans hoped to see didn’t materialize: A meeting of her parents and boyfriend Travis Kelce’s family.

The only notable Swift at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium turned out to be Eagles running back D’Andre Swift, and he was most unwelcome as Philadelphia beat the Chiefs 21-17.

The pop superstar’s parents, Scott and Andrea Swift, were not in the crowd. Donna Kelce, mother to Travis and his brother, Eagles center Jason Kelce, attended, as did Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce.

Several national media outlets had earlier reported that Swift would fly back to the States after her Sunday concert in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, giving her four days to enjoy Thanksgiving — perhaps in Kansas City — before performing again in South America.

Chiefs defensive lineman Chris Jones gave credence to the reports during an interview on “The Rich Eisen Show,” saying he and some of his teammates planned to go out with Swift and Kelce after the game Monday.

After catching a pass from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, tight end Travis Kelce got past a Philadelphia Eagles defender to score a touchdown in the first half of the game Monday at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. But the Chiefs ended up losing.

But Swift postponed her Saturday concert in Rio to Monday after a fan died before the Friday show in extremely hot weather.

Photos posted online by fans at the three-day stand in Rio showed her father, Scott, at one of the concerts, but it was unclear which night he was there.

Fans noted that her dad still wore the red Kansas City Chiefs lanyard that Kelce gave him when the two men met earlier in Argentina, where Swift kicked off the international leg of her tour.

Swift heads back to Brazil for a concert in São Paulo on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.

It’s unclear now who will show up in Kansas City for any Thanksgiving celebration. The Chiefs were expected to hold practice on Thanksgiving Day and have the day off on Tuesday. Swift has December and January off before hitting the road again.
