Fashion Nova to issue refunds to customers

People who feel Fashion Nova’s reviews tricked them into buying items from the website, may be able to get their money back.

The Federal Trade Commission claims the company has been blocking negative ratings and reviews for years.

Now, you could be eligible for a refund. But you have to provide the following things:

  • That You bought the item on FashionNova.com before November 21, 2019.

  • That the ratings or reviews influenced your decision.

  • That you didn’t like what you bought.

  • That you haven’t already received a refund for those items.
