Fatal Pasadena Shooting Leaves Woman, Suspect Dead: Police

PASADENA, MD — Police said a husband fatally shot his wife Tuesday in Pasadena and then took his own life.

Officers identified the victim as 42-year-old Neka Natalie Jennings. Authorities said the gunman was 39-year-old Dajuan Jennings.

Police got the call around 12 a.m. Tuesday. Officers said they found both people dead at a home in the 8600 block of New Bedford Harbour.

Homicide detectives said they found a handgun and "ballistic evidence." Authorities did not speculate a motive.

The Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will conduct autopsies on both bodies.
