Father and Son Team Up to Build Sauna During Lockdown
A father and son from Ireland have spent their time in lockdown effectively, collaborating to build a sauna in their garage amidst the COVID-19 restrictions.
As the pair worked on the project, son Fionn Condren captured timelapse footage of their progress, before publishing it on YouTube.
He told Storyful that he had always wanted to build a sauna at home, but that he had never had the time. The lockdown provided the perfect opportunity, and he enlisted the help of his father, Brendan, who has relevant experience.
“[My father] had never built a sauna before,” Condren said. “But he is very good with his hands and would have a decent knowledge of how to do tiling, plumbing and electrical work.” Credit: @fionncon via Storyful
