Fire up those grills, folks, because it’s barbecue season.
The Fourth of July holiday will see countless Central Valley residents break out the briquettes and fire up the propane. But plenty of others will leave things to the professionals and pick up some delicious barbecue to celebrate Independence Day. People looking to give their grill a break this summer have plenty of other options.
Luckily, Stanislaus County has an abundance of barbecue places serving the finest smoked and grilled meats and sides. And the region has options beyond the traditional BBQ, offering Mediterranean and Korean BBQ options as well. So the only question remaining: What’s your favorite barbecue spot?
